UFRRJ Innovation Policy (Deliberation 185/2024)
The UFRRJ Institutional Innovation Policy was approved by the University Council (CONSU) on April 3, 2024, through CONSU Deliberation 185/2024.
What it is
The Policy consolidates in a single institutional instrument the principles, guidelines and procedures for innovation at the university, in alignment with:
- Law 10.973/2004 — Innovation Law
- Law 13.243/2016 — CT&I Legal Framework
- Decree 9.283/2018 — Regulation

History
The 2024 Policy succeeds previous instruments:
- CONSU Deliberation 36/2015 — first innovation and IP guidelines
- CONSU Deliberation 42/2015 — specific guidelines for industrial and intellectual property protection
- CONSU Deliberation 31/2008 — establishment of the NIT (Agency)
