Contract templates
The Agency maintains templates for legal instruments derived from the federal collection compiled by CP-CT&I (Permanent Chamber for Science, Technology and Innovation) of the Federal Attorney's Office, in June 2020.
Available categories
1. R&D Partnership Agreements
- With resource transfer — partner contributes financial resources to UFRRJ
- Without resource transfer — technical cooperation, infrastructure and intellectual property
2. Product/service acquisition or contracting
For research, development and innovation activities executed under order.
3. International CT&I cooperation
Cross-border scientific and technological cooperation agreements.
4. Grant terms
Exemplary templates for assignment of rights over technologies.
5. Laboratory and equipment use
Three instruments:
- Concession — continuous use by third party
- Paid permission (precarious)
- Paid authorization (precarious)
6. Specialized technical services
- Without support foundation intermediation
- With support foundation intermediation

Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)
The Confidentiality Agreement is a separate instrument, used before formal agreements when there is preliminary exchange of confidential information. The institutional template is available in the same repository.
Before using
Templates are starting points. Any customization to the specific case must be submitted to the Agency for review before signing. Final legal review is by the Federal Attorney's Office at UFRRJ.
