CT&I Legal Framework (Law 13.243/2016)

Law 13.243, of January 11, 2016 — known as the Science, Technology and Innovation Legal Framework — broadly modernized the Innovation Law and Federal Constitution provisions to reduce research bureaucracy and stimulate ICT–productive sector partnerships.
